Fun, Progressive Office seeking someone who is energetic and wants to make a data entry job fun!

Gillons Insurance Brokers Ltd. is a progressive insurance brokerage with offices located in eleven communities throughout Northwestern Ontario.

We are continually growing and presently have an opening for an one year contract – Quality Assurance in our Kenora office.

As Quality Assurance, your primary focus will be to work with our insurers to issue policies and to help service our Personal Lines Department. We are growing and want to continue to grow, while developing and maintaining exceptional working relationships with our brokers and company underwriters. Its a lot of responsibility!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Underwriting/Data entry
  • Work with various Insurance company systems (portals)
  • Answer incoming calls from brokers and/or insured companies in a professional and courteous manner, providing the highest level of customer service
  • Providing backup reception duties.
  • All other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work on a virtual Team using shared electronic files.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment
  • Registered Insurance Brokers License (RIBO) is an asset.
