Fun, Progressive Office seeking someone who is energetic and wants to make a Phone Answering / Data Entry job fun!

We presently have an opening for a one year contract – Phone Ambassador / Data Entry / Mail Clerk position in our Kenora office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Phone Answering for all 11 Offices, and direction of those calls
  • Processing of Incoming / Outgoing Mail
  • Data Entry / Processing
  • All other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work with a virtual Team using shared electronic files.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment
