COVID-19 Update

JANUARY 17/21 GILLONS FORT FRANCES. Out of an abundance of caution, the Gillons Fort Frances office will be CLOSED to the public due to a COVID-19 exposure. A proper cleaning will be carried out. If you were in the office between January 11th and the 13th, please self monitor. If you have concerns, please contact the Northwestern Health Unit for guidance. We will advise when the office will reopen to the public on a limited basis. We are available by phone, email and text. Call 800-465-7716. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our office is currently OPEN to the public for PAYMENTS, PICK UP, and DROP OFF SERVICES ONLY.  NO APPOINTMENTS or POLICY TRANSACTIONS IN PERSON will be permitted at this time.  MASKS are mandatory when entering our offices at all times.

If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms please stay home.

We continue to service our clients virtually.  Should you not wish to leave your home, bill payments can also be made online (for some financial institutions), by e-transfer or by calling one of our team members.

We are encouraging our customers to use our wide variety of payment options that do not require you to enter into a Gillons office, these include:

  1. Credit Card payment through your broker over the phone.
  2. Cheque mailed directly to your insurance company. Please do not mail any cheques to a Gillons office location.
  3. Payment online directly to your insurance company (not all companies offer this option, check with your broker if you are unsure of your insurance company and their online payment process).
  4. For the companies that do not offer pay online, you can make your payment via Gillons online if you bank with TD, BMO, CIBC, Scotiabank or Copperfin Credit Union and we will forward to your company on your behalf. Contact your broker and they will guide you through this process.
  5. If you would like to go on monthly payments contact your broker to make arrangements.
  6. You may also e-transfer using your client code, to nancy.brown@gillons.ca. Please contact our office for that number if not shown on your invoice.

If these payment options do not work for you and you must enter one of our offices, as of August 4, 2020, masks are mandatory when entering any Gillons office at all times, please ensure you wear a mask. Please perform the following precautionary measures when entering and exiting our offices:

  • Wash your hands before entering
  • Wear a mask
  • Physical distancing
  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home
  • Wash your hands while exiting the building
